I just made a necklace on SMU alum Lauren Michaels new e-shopping site, Sheyna.com. The digital drag-and-drop sketchpad lets you make whatever kind of jewelry you want. I chose a necklace, picked a couple stones (aqua chalcedony), added a bead (an aqua chalcedony tumbled), dropped in a couple charms, and selected a connector. For each piece I added/deleted, the price changed. The necklace I created right (dont judgeI rushed) rings up at $63.65. How awesome is that?
